Bhanubhai Chunilal has been practicing this kalamkari art form since 50 years, it is believed that his family is the only family which is practicing this traditional craft known as “Mata ni Pachedi” in Ahmedabad.(Gujarat) This magnificent hand work is passed from one generation to the other which is more than 400 years old art form. Now Bhanubhai’s son Satish has inherited this unique skill from his father and is happily taking care of his legacy. Bhanubhai has a strong feeling that this marvelous art work will never diminish; it will always be appreciated even in future.
